LSU Shreveport is hosting a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) oriented cyber discovery camp from August 2nd through the 7th. The student teams will be challenged to run their own space program, they will be instructed and challenged in physics, rocketry, digital media technology such as high speed photography, digital media analysis, and 3d modeling.
The camp is in the cyber discovery model and features six teams from high schools throughout the region. The teams will be residing at the campus for the duration of the camp and competing intensively to create the best rockets as well as analyze the flights, and document their rocket program.
